DUTIES & TAXES — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Our prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes.

These are charged by the customs office in your country and are collected by FedEx before or at delivery. We know this can be confusing, so here is what to expect:

• Every international order may be subject to duties, VAT/GST, and a small carrier handling fee.
• If you are in the United States: since August 2025 the US applies import duties to all orders, regardless of value. Please budget for this when ordering.
• We are not able to mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value — we ship every order with accurate paperwork so it clears customs smoothly.
• If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, we will refund the order minus the original shipping fee, return shipping, and any customs charges billed to us.

Not sure how much to expect? Send us a message with your country and the items you are considering, and we will do our best to give you an estimate before you order. We would much rather you know in advance than be surprised at the door.

SHIPPING

All international orders ship via FedEx with tracking.

We dispatch within 2–3 business days of payment (excluding Korean public holidays).

• Orders under $700: $45 flat shipping fee
• Orders of $700 or more: free shipping

Shipping fees cover delivery only and do not include duties or taxes (see above). We accept PayPal for a secure and easy checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for orders outside of South Korea.

Please note that this is due to the time it takes for international shipments and the associated shipping costs.

However, if you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or chat before placing your order — we are here to help and want to ensure you find the perfect items for you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled by email before they are dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, including for reasons related to duties or taxes. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.

SIZE & FIT — ASK US ANYTHING BEFORE YOU ORDER

Because we cannot offer exchanges on international orders, we really encourage you to reach out before ordering if you have any doubt about sizing.

Send us your height, weight, and how you like things to fit (or a size you wear in another brand), and we will do our best to recommend the right size for each item. We want you to find the perfect fit.

For our string pants, the XL size accommodates an inch size of 36-40 inches or EU size 54.

30도 이하의 물에서 중성세제로 세탁해 주세요.

건조기 사용은 피해 주세요. 비틀어 짜지 마시고, 형태를 잡아 그늘에서 자연 건조해 주세요.

직사광선에 장시간 노출 시 변색될 수 있습니다.

착용과 세탁에 따라 자연스러운 페이딩이 진행될 수 있습니다.

인디고 컬러는 이염의 우려가 있으니 밝은 색상의 의류와 함께 세탁하거나 착용하지 마세요.

다림질 시 중온에서 덧천을 사용해 주세요.

보관 시 통풍이 잘되는 곳에 걸어서 보관해 주세요.

Wash separately.

Wash in cold water below 30°C with a neutral detergent.

Do not tumble dry. Do not wring; reshape and dry naturally in the shade.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.

Natural fading will develop with wear and washing.

For the indigo color, avoid washing or wearing with light-colored garments to prevent color transfer.

Iron at medium temperature with a pressing cloth.

Hang and store in a cool, well-ventilated place.

교환 및 반품, 환불 절차 

1. 교환 및 반품은 제품수령일 기준으로 7일 이내로 외형의 변화 및 택 제거가 되지 않은 상태로 가능합니다.

2. 무통장 입금의 환불은 입력하시는 환불 계좌로 상품 도착후 24시간안으로 입금됩니다.

3. 본사에서 반품/교환 신청 확인 후, 받아 보신 택배사를 통해 제품 수거가 이루어집니다.

방법은 아래와 같습니다.

교환 하시는 경우,

- 마이 페이지에서 반품 요청을 해주시고, 기입란에 교환 사이즈를 적으시면 됩니다.

- 10만원 이상 구매 시, 최종 구매를 결정한 고객에게는 사이즈 및 색상 1회 무료 교환이 제공됩니다.

 (무료 교환 진행 후 변심으로 인한 최종 반품결정시 2회차 반품비 적용)

반품 하시는 경우,

- 마이페이지에서 반품 요청을 해주시면 됩니다.

- 반품하실 제품과 함께 왕복 택배비 6,000원을 동봉 하여 주시면 됩니다. ( 제주 지역은 3,000원 추가 됩니다 )

- 반품비를 동봉 하지 못할 경우는 환불금액에서 차감할 수 있습니다.

- 직접 대한 통운 사이트에서 신청해서 반품 신청 해주셔도 가능합니다.

- 타사 택배 이용시 선불로 진행해 주시면, 환불시 편도 운임만 차감됩니다.

<교환 및 환불이 불가한 경우>

- 교환/반품 접수가 제품 수령 후 7일이내에 이루어지지 않았을 경우

특히 향수,방향제로 인해 제품에 스며들여 판매가 어렵다고 판단되어질 경우

교환/반품이 거절될 수 있으니, 보관시 동봉되는 포장재(비닐백,지퍼백)로 보관하여 주시기 바랍니다.
