DUTIES & TAXES — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
Our prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes.
These are charged by the customs office in your country and are collected by FedEx before or at delivery. We know this can be confusing, so here is what to expect:
- Every international order may be subject to duties, VAT/GST, and a small carrier handling fee.
- If you are in the United States: since August 2025 the US applies import duties to all orders, regardless of value. Please budget for this when ordering.
- We are not able to mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value — we ship every order with accurate paperwork so it clears customs smoothly.
- If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, we will refund the order minus the original shipping fee, return shipping, and any customs charges billed to us.
Not sure how much to expect? Send us a message with your country and the items you are considering, and we will do our best to give you an estimate before you order. We would much rather you know in advance than be surprised at the door.
SHIPPING
All international orders ship via FedEx with tracking.
We dispatch within 2–3 business days of payment (excluding Korean public holidays).
- Orders under $700: $45 flat shipping fee
- Orders of $700 or more: free shipping
Shipping fees cover delivery only and do not include duties or taxes (see above). We accept PayPal for a secure and easy checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for orders outside of South Korea.
Please note that this is due to the time it takes for international shipments and the associated shipping costs.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled by email before they are dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, including for reasons related to duties or taxes. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.

도큐먼트의 시그니처인 셔팅 재킷을 부드러운 멜톤 울로 선보입니다. 멜톤은 울을 촘촘하게 짠 뒤 축융 가공해 표면을 치밀하게 다진 원단으로, 바람을 잘 막고 형태를 안정적으로 유지하는 것이 특징입니다. 울 100% 멜톤을 한결 부드러운 촉감으로 마무리해, 멜톤 특유의 탄탄함은 살리면서 셔츠처럼 편안하게 걸칠 수 있도록 했습니다. 드롭 숄더의 넉넉한 품은 적당한 무게감의 원단 덕분에 흐트러지지 않고 차분하게 떨어집니다. 셔츠 칼라와 앞 단추 여밈, 모서리를 둥글린 가슴 건빵 포켓, 뒤판 요크와 둥근 셔츠 밑단까지 셔팅 재킷의 구성을 그대로 담았습니다. 앞판의 곡선 스티치 라인을 따라 옆으로 손을 넣을 수 있는 포켓을 두었고, 소매는 단추 탭으로 정리했습니다. 같은 원단의 SOFT MELTON BALLOON PANTS와 셋업으로 입으면 재킷의 곧은 선과 팬츠의 둥근 실루엣이 하나의 차분한 인상으로 이어집니다.
Document's signature shirting jacket, rendered in soft melton wool. Melton is woven densely and then milled to compact its surface, giving it strong wind resistance and a stable shape. Here, a 100% wool melton is finished with a noticeably softer hand, keeping melton's characteristic body while wearing as easily as a shirt. The generous dropped-shoulder volume falls calmly and holds its line, supported by the moderate weight of the cloth. The shirting jacket's construction remains intact — a shirt collar, button front, rounded chest patch pockets, a back yoke and a curved shirttail hem. Side-entry hand pockets follow the curved stitch lines on the front, and the cuffs close with button tabs. Worn as a set-up with the SOFT MELTON BALLOON PANTS in the same cloth, the jacket's straight lines and the pants' rounded silhouette come together in one composed impression.
