Description 

도큐먼트의 시그너처인 빅 포켓 재킷을 이전과는 다른 결의 이미지로 풀어낸 제품입니다. 기존의 구조를 유지하면서도 안쪽 플라켓의 폭을 줄여 보다 부담 없이 착용할 수 있도록 조정했으며, 단추를 모두 채워 단정하게 연출하거나 자연스럽게 펼쳐 가볍게 걸치는 방식으로도 즐길 수 있습니다.

소재는 초기형 M-51 파카에 사용되었던 백 새틴(back satin) 원단을 기반으로 복각된 일본산 패브릭을 사용했습니다. 고밀도 새틴 조직으로 뛰어난 내마모성과 인열 강도를 지니며, 촘촘한 조직 구조가 바람을 효과적으로 막아주는 것이 특징입니다. 후속 모델인 나일론 혼방 M-65와 달리 코튼 100% 특유의 부드러운 촉감과 자연스러운 착용감을 유지하면서도, 군용 소재 특유의 광택을 억제한 매트한 표면감을 보여줍니다.

여기에 스톤 워싱을 더해 깊이 있는 색감과 자연스럽게 바랜 듯한 표면의 변화를 표현했습니다. 착용과 시간의 흐름에 따라 더욱 풍부한 경년 변화가 나타나며, 익숙한 형태 안에서 소재와 표면의 인상을 새롭게 보여주는 빅 포켓 재킷입니다.

This piece reinterprets DOCUMENT’s signature Big Pocket Jacket with a slightly different character. While maintaining the familiar structure, the inner placket has been refined with a narrower width to reduce bulk, allowing the jacket to be worn either fully buttoned for a clean look or left naturally open for a more relaxed expression.

The fabric is a Japanese reproduction based on the back satin used in the early M-51 parka. Woven in a high-density satin structure, it offers excellent abrasion resistance and tear strength while providing effective wind protection. Unlike the later nylon-blended M-65, this fabric preserves the natural softness and comfort unique to 100% cotton, along with the matte surface typical of military fabrics that suppresses shine.

A stone-washing process has been applied to enhance the depth of color and create a naturally worn surface. With wear and time, the fabric develops a rich patina, revealing further character through aging.
