DUTIES & TAXES — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Our prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes.

These are charged by the customs office in your country and are collected by FedEx before or at delivery. We know this can be confusing, so here is what to expect:

• Every international order may be subject to duties, VAT/GST, and a small carrier handling fee.
• If you are in the United States: since August 2025 the US applies import duties to all orders, regardless of value. Please budget for this when ordering.
• We are not able to mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value — we ship every order with accurate paperwork so it clears customs smoothly.
• If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, we will refund the order minus the original shipping fee, return shipping, and any customs charges billed to us.

Not sure how much to expect? Send us a message with your country and the items you are considering, and we will do our best to give you an estimate before you order. We would much rather you know in advance than be surprised at the door.

SHIPPING

All international orders ship via FedEx with tracking.

We dispatch within 2–3 business days of payment (excluding Korean public holidays).

• Orders under $700: $45 flat shipping fee
• Orders of $700 or more: free shipping

Shipping fees cover delivery only and do not include duties or taxes (see above). We accept PayPal for a secure and easy checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for orders outside of South Korea.

Please note that this is due to the time it takes for international shipments and the associated shipping costs.

However, if you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or chat before placing your order — we are here to help and want to ensure you find the perfect items for you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled by email before they are dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, including for reasons related to duties or taxes. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.

SIZE & FIT — ASK US ANYTHING BEFORE YOU ORDER

Because we cannot offer exchanges on international orders, we really encourage you to reach out before ordering if you have any doubt about sizing.

Send us your height, weight, and how you like things to fit (or a size you wear in another brand), and we will do our best to recommend the right size for each item. We want you to find the perfect fit.

For our string pants, the XL size accommodates an inch size of 36-40 inches or EU size 54.

Description 

클래식 해링턴 재킷을 도큐먼트만의 디테일로 새롭게 해석했습니다. 해링턴 재킷의 기본 구조는 지키되, 품과 소매에 넉넉한 여유를 더해 한결 편안하고 여유로운 실루엣으로 다듬었습니다. 래글런 소매가 어깨를 자연스럽게 감싸며 떨어지고, 밑단 옆과 뒤쪽의 밴딩이 여유 있는 품을 부드럽게 모아 해링턴 특유의 볼륨을 만듭니다. 셔츠 칼라에 단추를 안으로 숨긴 앞여밈으로 정면을 깔끔하게 정리했고, 뾰족한 플랩을 단추로 여미는 포켓과 스냅으로 여미는 소매로 도큐먼트다운 디테일을 더했습니다. 컬러는 깊이 있는 마젠타입니다. 스웨이드 결을 따라 빛이 닿는 방향마다 색이 짙어지고 옅어지며 은은한 입체감을 만들고, 차분한 니트나 브라운 톤의 울 팬츠 위에 걸치면 한 벌만으로 룩 전체에 온기와 생기를 더해줍니다. 여유 있는 실루엣이 컬러를 넓고 부드럽게 드러내, 선명한 색이지만 과하지 않게 입을 수 있습니다. 원단은 일본 도레이(Toray)사의 울트라 스웨이드로, 천연 스웨이드처럼 부드럽고 고운 표면을 지니면서도 가볍고 올이 풀리지 않아 관리가 쉽습니다. 1970년 처음 개발된 이후 패션뿐 아니라 자동차와 항공기 시트에도 쓰일 만큼 내구성을 인정받은 소재입니다.

The classic Harrington jacket, reinterpreted through Document's own details. The Harrington's essential structure remains, while generous ease through the body and sleeves shapes a more relaxed, easy silhouette. Raglan sleeves fall naturally from the shoulders, and elastic at the sides and back of the hem gently gathers the volume into the Harrington's characteristic shape. A shirt collar and concealed button placket keep the front clean, finished with Document details: pockets closed by pointed buttoned flaps and snap cuffs. The colour is a deep magenta. Following the nap of the suede, it deepens and softens with every angle of light, creating a quiet dimensionality, and worn over calm knitwear or brown wool trousers, this single piece brings warmth and life to the whole look. The relaxed silhouette shows the colour across a wide, soft surface, so a vivid shade can be worn without excess. The fabric is Ultrasuede by Toray, Japan, with a soft, fine surface like natural suede, while remaining lightweight, fray-free and easy to care for. Since its debut in 1970, it has proven its durability well beyond fashion, in automobile and aircraft upholstery.

- 10만원 이상 구매 시, 최종 구매를 결정한 고객에게는 사이즈 및 색상 1회 무료 교환이 제공됩니다.

 (무료 교환 진행 후 변심으로 인한 최종 반품결정시 2회차 반품비 적용)

반품 하시는 경우,

- 마이페이지에서 반품 요청을 해주시면 됩니다.

- 반품하실 제품과 함께 왕복 택배비 6,000원을 동봉 하여 주시면 됩니다. ( 제주 지역은 3,000원 추가 됩니다 )

- 반품비를 동봉 하지 못할 경우는 환불금액에서 차감할 수 있습니다.

- 직접 대한 통운 사이트에서 신청해서 반품 신청 해주셔도 가능합니다.

- 타사 택배 이용시 선불로 진행해 주시면, 환불시 편도 운임만 차감됩니다.

<교환 및 환불이 불가한 경우>

- 교환/반품 접수가 제품 수령 후 7일이내에 이루어지지 않았을 경우

특히 향수,방향제로 인해 제품에 스며들여 판매가 어렵다고 판단되어질 경우

교환/반품이 거절될 수 있으니, 보관시 동봉되는 포장재(비닐백,지퍼백)로 보관하여 주시기 바랍니다.
