DUTIES & TAXES — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Our prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes.

These are charged by the customs office in your country and are collected by FedEx before or at delivery. We know this can be confusing, so here is what to expect:

• Every international order may be subject to duties, VAT/GST, and a small carrier handling fee.
• If you are in the United States: since August 2025 the US applies import duties to all orders, regardless of value. Please budget for this when ordering.
• We are not able to mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value — we ship every order with accurate paperwork so it clears customs smoothly.
• If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, we will refund the order minus the original shipping fee, return shipping, and any customs charges billed to us.

Not sure how much to expect? Send us a message with your country and the items you are considering, and we will do our best to give you an estimate before you order. We would much rather you know in advance than be surprised at the door.

SHIPPING

All international orders ship via FedEx with tracking.

We dispatch within 2–3 business days of payment (excluding Korean public holidays).

• Orders under $700: $45 flat shipping fee
• Orders of $700 or more: free shipping

Shipping fees cover delivery only and do not include duties or taxes (see above). We accept PayPal for a secure and easy checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for orders outside of South Korea.

Please note that this is due to the time it takes for international shipments and the associated shipping costs.

However, if you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or chat before placing your order — we are here to help and want to ensure you find the perfect items for you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled by email before they are dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, including for reasons related to duties or taxes. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.

SIZE & FIT — ASK US ANYTHING BEFORE YOU ORDER

Because we cannot offer exchanges on international orders, we really encourage you to reach out before ordering if you have any doubt about sizing.

Send us your height, weight, and how you like things to fit (or a size you wear in another brand), and we will do our best to recommend the right size for each item. We want you to find the perfect fit.

For our string pants, the XL size accommodates an inch size of 36-40 inches or EU size 54.

Description 

도큐먼트의 시그니처인 셔팅 재킷을 비건 레더로 선보입니다. 원단은 일본 도레이(Toray)사가 개발한 울트라 스웨이드입니다. 머리카락보다 훨씬 가는 초극세 폴리에스터 섬유를 폴리우레탄과 촘촘하게 엮어 만든 소재로, 천연 가죽의 결과 촉감을 가깝게 재현하는 것으로 잘 알려져 있습니다. 1970년 처음 개발된 이후 패션뿐 아니라 자동차와 항공기 시트에도 쓰일 만큼 내구성을 인정받았고, 가볍고 통기성이 좋으며 올이 풀리지 않아 관리가 쉽습니다. 천연 가죽에 준하는 가격의 원단으로, 가죽을 대신하는 소재가 아니라 그 자체로 선택하는 소재입니다. 도큐먼트는 그동안 울트라 스웨이드를 스웨이드 외관으로만 사용해 왔지만, 이번에는 처음으로 레더 표면을 선택했습니다. 은은하게 빛을 머금은 브라운 표면은 가죽 못지않은 깊이를 보여주면서도, 한결 가볍고 부드럽게 몸을 따라 흐릅니다. 셔츠 칼라와 앞 단추 여밈, 모서리를 둥글린 가슴 건빵 포켓, 뒤판 요크와 둥근 셔츠 밑단까지 셔팅 재킷의 구성은 그대로 두었습니다. 옆으로 손을 넣을 수 있는 포켓과 스냅으로 조절하는 소매를 더했고, 드롭 숄더의 넉넉한 실루엣으로 니트나 셔츠 위에 가볍게 걸쳐 입기 좋습니다. 무게감과 시간이 쌓인 에이징을 원한다면 가죽을, 가볍고 부담 없이 매일 손이 가는 옷을 원한다면 이 재킷을 권합니다.

Document's signature shirting jacket, rendered in vegan leather. The fabric is Ultrasuede, developed by Toray in Japan. Polyester ultra-microfibers, far finer than a strand of hair, are densely entwined with polyurethane to create a material known for closely reproducing the grain and hand of natural leather. Since its debut in 1970, it has proven its durability well beyond fashion, in automobile and aircraft upholstery, while remaining lightweight, breathable, fray-free and easy to care for. Priced on par with natural leather, Ultrasuede is not a substitute for leather, but a material chosen in its own right. Until now, Document has used Ultrasuede only in its suede finish; this is the first time we have chosen a leather surface. The brown surface holds a soft sheen with a depth that stands alongside leather, while draping more lightly and supply against the body. The shirting jacket's construction remains intact — a shirt collar, button front, rounded chest patch pockets, a back yoke and a curved shirttail hem. Side-entry hand pockets and snap-adjustable cuffs are added, and the relaxed dropped-shoulder silhouette makes it easy to layer over knitwear or shirts. For weight and the patina that comes with time, choose leather; for a light piece you will reach for every day, choose this jacket.

1. 교환 및 반품은 제품수령일 기준으로 7일 이내로 외형의 변화 및 택 제거가 되지 않은 상태로 가능합니다.

- 10만원 이상 구매 시, 최종 구매를 결정한 고객에게는 사이즈 및 색상 1회 무료 교환이 제공됩니다.

 (무료 교환 진행 후 변심으로 인한 최종 반품결정시 2회차 반품비 적용)

반품 하시는 경우,

- 마이페이지에서 반품 요청을 해주시면 됩니다.

- 반품하실 제품과 함께 왕복 택배비 6,000원을 동봉 하여 주시면 됩니다. ( 제주 지역은 3,000원 추가 됩니다 )

- 반품비를 동봉 하지 못할 경우는 환불금액에서 차감할 수 있습니다.

- 직접 대한 통운 사이트에서 신청해서 반품 신청 해주셔도 가능합니다.

- 타사 택배 이용시 선불로 진행해 주시면, 환불시 편도 운임만 차감됩니다.

<교환 및 환불이 불가한 경우>

- 교환/반품 접수가 제품 수령 후 7일이내에 이루어지지 않았을 경우

특히 향수,방향제로 인해 제품에 스며들여 판매가 어렵다고 판단되어질 경우

교환/반품이 거절될 수 있으니, 보관시 동봉되는 포장재(비닐백,지퍼백)로 보관하여 주시기 바랍니다.
